SYNERGY 2026 inter-collegiate meet

TIBM hosted SYNERGY 2026, an inter-collegiate meet on the theme “Connect, Collaborate and Create”, on 13 February 2026. About 200 students from colleges in and around Villupuram took part.

Shri S. Senthil Kumar, Chairman of the ESSK Group of Institutions, gave the presidential address. The chief guest at the inauguration was Mr. L. Srinivasan, retired Plant HR Head of Lucas-TVS Limited, Puducherry. Ms. Suganniya Srinivasan, HR Executive at Poclain Hydraulics Private Limited, Puducherry, gave the valedictory address.

There were five competitions:

• Best Management Team
• Product Launch / Startup Idea
• Corporate Walk
• Business Quiz
• Poster Making

Winners and runners-up received cash prizes and certificates.
