Ms. K. Aishwarya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies. She holds an MBA with a specialisation in human resources, and has also worked as a freelance HR consultant and marketing partner.
At TIBM she is a class in-charge for MBA students and contributes to curriculum planning, academic administration and mentoring. She coordinated SYNERGY 2026, the inter-collegiate meet hosted by TIBM.
Her research interests are sustainable management practices and employee wellbeing, especially burnout in academic institutions.
